Raised by the local Marshall family (Antwerp, NY), these chickens are Pasture-raised with No Growth Hormones.
Chickens are available once a month, May through September.
Orders are delivered to our farm for pickup. Payment collected at pickup (cash or Venmo).

SIZE OF CHICKEN
"Fryers" average 4-5 lbs per bird. Cost is $20 per bird. Available in May, July, and September.
"Broilers" average 6-7 lbs per bird. Cost is $22 per bird. Available in June and August.
*All chickens are the same breed and given the same diet.
Fryers are harvested two weeks sooner than Broilers.
For reference, a 5 lb bird fits in an oval 5-qt crockpot.
OPTIONS & PACKAGING
At the time of harvest, each bird is cleaned, individually bagged (shrink-wrapped) and zip-tied. Internal organs (giblets, etc) are not included.
Chickens can be purchased whole, cut in half, or cut in quarters, at no extra charge. All pieces from one chicken are put in the same bag.
