Additional Adults / children 3+ years : $25/night each Children under 3 years old: Free Our cabin is listed on Airbnb; reservations can be made through their site or if you prefer, you may make your reservation directly with us. Cancellation Policy
If Reservations are cancelled 30 days or more, prior to reserved date, a full refund (less a $10.00 processing fee) will be returned. From 29-15 days, 50% of balance will be refunded. Any cancellations 14 days or less will result in loss of money.
Early Departure and Late Arrivals will not be given refunds unless extenuating circumstances occur and permission is explicitly granted by the Horning family.

Other Important Things to Know:
Our farm is a smoke free farm. If you must smoke, please do it out doors away from the buildings.
Drinking of alcohol is discouraged.
We would need to ask you to leave if you use illegal drugs.
In an effort to keep our animals and your pets safe we ask that you don't bring your pets along to the farm.
We DO have a dog and multiple cats running around the farm. If this causes you any concern, please talk to us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
All returned checks are charged a $30.00 fee.
We can not take responsibility for any damaged items that happen during your stay. This is a farm, so there is a chance that your clothes could get torn and/or stained.
